Dürr Technik offers oil-free compressor systems without dryers in a wide range of configurations – tailored to different requirements in industry, laboratories, medicine and the trades. Whether as a standard stationary solution, a mobile compressor for flexible use or an electronically controlled unit offering maximum operational reliability: all systems are pre-configured and ready to connect, ensuring they are immediately ready for use.

As standard, the compressor systems are fitted with an oil-free compressor, which is mounted on a compressed air receiver with an antibacterial internal coating, using vibration dampers. The integrated valve assembly contains all the necessary operating and safety components. Models without a diaphragm dryer are supplied with an automatic condensate drain valve and a start-up relief valve with a solenoid valve.

DürrTronic – Electronic control and monitoring for compressor systems

To ensure maximum operational reliability and longevity, Dürr Technik offers the DürrTronic electronic control system – available as an option for all oil-free compressor systems without a dryer. DürrTronic automatically monitors the compressor system, reliably adheres to maintenance intervals and prevents unplanned downtime.

By actuating the solenoid valves at pre-set intervals, the electronic control system reduces wear and tear, thereby playing a crucial role in ensuring the oil-free compressor achieves its maximum service life.
