With the new generation of E-Bull compressors, Dürr Technik is optimising its innovative range of oil-free piston compressors, which have been specially designed for rail and commercial vehicles such as lorries and buses, as well as for industrial applications.

In the field of mobility, where every gram counts, the low weight of the E-Bull compressor reduces energy consumption to a minimum. With a power consumption of just 10.6 watts per l/min, the new generation of this versatile piston compressor ranks among the most efficient in its class. Despite its enormous power, it operates extremely quietly and makes a significant contribution to reducing noise pollution. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the compressor can be fitted anywhere in the vehicle – in any installation position.

Increased airflow

Despite its lower power consumption and reduced height, the new E-Bull has been proven to produce 11% more airflow than its predecessor.

Improved heat dissipation

The new design of the cylinders and cooling fins ensures faster heat dissipation. The new ability to rotate the heads allows the airflow to be optimally directed depending on the compressor’s installation position.

power consumption The compressor’s power consumption has been reduced by 6%. This not only reduces heat generation but also improves the E-Bull’s sustainability.

Reduced overall height thanks to integrated air ducting

The new compressed air ducting, which is fully integrated into the crankcase, reduces the compressor’s overall height and significantly lowers the outlet temperature of the compressed air. This is particularly advantageous when integrating the compressor into stations or installing it in low-ceilinged machine rooms.
