These robust piston compressors are ideal for applications involving frequent start-stop cycles or fluctuating loads. Regardless of size or model, they impress with their high performance, oil-free technology and maintenance-free operation – whilst also helping to protect the environment. Many versions are designed for continuous operation (S1). Motor protection ratings such as IP54 or IP65 offer additional safety across a wide range of applications.

KK8 Small Compressors
The A-025 model from the KK8 small compressor series is suitable for a range of voltages and frequencies thanks to its dual-voltage motor.Key features of the KK8 small compressors:

- Lightweight: 4.4 – 4.8 kg
- Low sound pressure level: 55–61 PN dB(A)
- Dual-voltage motor
- Air flow rate / delivery volume up to 30 l/min
- Voltages: 115 V, 230 V
- Motor protection rating up to IP54
KK15 small compressors
The KK15 series of small compressors is primarily used for valve or cylinder control in OEM applications, but these compact units with IP 54 protection have also proven their worth in water treatment for many years.
Key features of the KK15 small compressors:
- Compact and very quiet small compressor (57–62 dB(A))
- Air flow rate at 5 bar: 15–45 l/min
- Voltages: 115 V, 230 V, 230/400 V, 380/415 V, 460/500 V
- Motor protection classes: IP00, IP20, IP54
Compact compressors KK40
The powerful oil-free compressors in this series are available as 1- and 2-cylinder models. What makes them special: These air compressors can operate continuously at ambient temperatures of up to 55°C and offer numerous advantages: maximum reliability, a long service life, an integrated start-up volume to facilitate start-up, and low gas outlet temperatures.
Key features of the KK40 compressors:
- Continuous operation from -40°C to +55°C
- Integrated start-up volume
- Air flow rate / delivery volume at 5 bar: 43 – 98 l/min
- Voltages: 110/115 V, 230 V, 230/400 V
- Motor protection rating: up to IP54 >
Heavy-duty KK70 compressors
The aerodynamic design of the air duct ensures extremely quiet operation with a very low noise level. KK70 compressors, in their DC motor version, are the preferred choice for rail transport due to their long service life.

- Exceptionally long service life
- Air flow rate / delivery volume at 5 bar: 73 – 200 l/min
- Voltages: 100/110V, 100/127V, 230V, 230/400V
- Motor protection classes: IP 44, IP 54, IP 65
