Maintenance

Extend the service life of your compressor

Maximum effect – minimum effort

Our oil-free compressors are characterised by the highest quality and a long service life, even after many thousands of operating hours. Thanks to high-quality components, maintenance requirements remain low.

Even with a modest investment, you can significantly extend the service life of your equipment, reduce long-term costs for new purchases and minimise the risk of breakdowns.

By following these steps, you can extend the service life of your compressor:

Filter replacement – ideally once a year

We recommend replacing the filter once a year, as this helps to prevent wear and damage to components and minimises the risk of machine breakdowns.

It also ensures optimum air quality and reliable performance.

Detailed information and ordering options

Friction pair – individual replacement

Various factors and the number of operating hours influence the service life of this component. Therefore, there is no fixed replacement interval; instead, it must be determined on a case-by-case basis.

We have put together various user groups to help you determine your individual replacement interval.

Vibration dampers

Vibration dampers – every 2 to 4 years, depending on the application

Vibration dampers reduce vibrations and noise, protecting your compressor from damage and your staff from noise pollution.

In mobile applications, vibration dampers are subject to particularly high stress and should therefore be replaced after just two years to ensure the compressor is adequately protected.

Where can I find further information about the individual devices?
A gas generator produces various gases, such as nitrogen, zero-air or hydrogen, directly on site. Depending on the device, the desired gas is obtained either from the ambient air or from deionised water – hygienically, on demand and without the need for bottled gas. In the laboratory, gas generators are used to supply instruments such as LC-MS, GC, spectrometers or analytical systems with reliable, high-purity gases.
Do the devices need servicing?
